We ship to the European Union from Barcelona Spain 

All shipping addresses are to be written in English or Spanish without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a re-shipping fee.

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched.

2. Go to click here and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.

All international parcels can be tracked through your local postal companies website once they have reached your country.

Photo evidence will have to be provided when notifying us of unforeseen fault or breakages.


If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email hello@dreamawakes.com within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

Please make sure you have read our Returns & Refunds Policy before proceeding.


Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email hello@dreamawakes.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.


All orders on Dreamawakes are processed in Euros.


If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hello@dreamawakes.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.


If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

Refund Policy

Dreamawakes trading as Dreamawakes, is a Barcelona based company whose mission is to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. We are committed to providing the best product and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.dreamawakes.com

Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Spanish Consumer Law and regulations.


If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
in saleable condition; unused with all original packaging; returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable); not subject to the exclusions listed below; and the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase. Change of address must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to hello@dreamawakes.com.

Dreamawakes, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for a change of mind.


If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Spanish Consumer Law.
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
Dreamawakes will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Spanish Consumer Law. A photo must be provided to the Dreamawakes team supporting the claim.


Refunds will be given using your original payment method
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Dreamawakes has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.


Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.


Deamawakes is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Dreamawakes research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.


If products are on sale they will not be refunded.
